If you have visits coming over you will have more time to make the other dishes because this is a quick and easy recipe. You only need dry apricots, condensed milk, regular milk, orange, jelly and cream. This is a delicious and pretty dessert.


  • 3.52 ounces (100 grams) dry apricots
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 0.5 decilitres milk
  • Zest from half an orange
  • 5 leaves of colourless jelly
  • 5 decilitres cream

How to make Apricot Cream:

  • Start by mixing the condensed milk with the dry apricots.
  • Meanwhile, dip the jelly leaves in cold water for two minutes. Then, drain them and place them on heat, along with the milk, until they melt.
  • Add it to the condensed milk mix and mix everything very well using a whisk. Add the orange zest.
  • Lastly, beat the cream until it gets stiff and add it to mix.
  • Put the mix in a bowl and decorate it with dry apricots cut in half to your taste.
