  • 1 teaspoon powder curry
  • 1 banana
  • 28.2 ounces (800 grams) coconut milk
  • Olive oil, salt and pepper to your taste

  • Start by cutting the chicken legs into pieces. Pour some olive oil in a frying pan and fry the pieces of chicken slightly.
  • Meanwhile, cut the chives into thin slices, do the same with the apple and the banana (peel them and cut them into small pieces). Add these ingredients to the chicken.
  • Cook a little and then powder the mix with the curry. Add the coconut milk. Mix everything very well and then season it with salt and pepper.
  • Cook for about 20 minutes in low heat. When the 20 minutes are up, remove the meat and grind the gravy.
  • Place the meat on heat again. Peel the potatoes, cut them into quarters and add them to the mix. Cook the potatoes for about 15 minutes.

After this, remove the mix from heat and serve.
