  • 4 tablespoons liquid caramel
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 4.5 decilitres cold cream
  • 5 leaves of colourless jelly
  • granulated chocolate to decorate

How to make Caramel Mousse

  • Start by mixing the condensed milk with the caramel in a bowl.
  • Meanwhile, on the side, place the jelly leaves on cold water for about 2 minutes.
  • Drain them and melt them in low heat.
  • Add the jelly to the condensed milk mix using a whisk.
  • Lastly, beat the cream stiff and add it to the mix.
  • Serve the caramel mousse with the granulated chocolate.
