  • 4 chicken breasts
  • salt
  • juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 decilitre white wine
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ground pepper
  • 2 decilitres cream

How make Chicken with Cream Sauce and Pepper:

  • Start by opening the chicken breasts by making a cut along their middle. Be careful not to cut them completely. Then, season the mix with salt and the lemon juice. Leave the chicken breasts like this for about 30 minutes to acquire taste.
  • Meanwhile, place a frying pan on heat with the butter.
  • Fry the breasts on both sides. Add the smashed fresh ground pepper and garlic cloves.
