Chiffon CakeThis Chiffon Cake recipe is a true delight! A delicious cake!


  • 6 ounces (175 grams) flour
  • 7 eggs
  • ½ a teacup powdered chocolate
  • 7 ounces (200 grams) sugar
  • ¾ a teacup oil
  • 3 teaspoons yeast
  • ½ a teaspoon bicarbonate
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

How to make Chiffon Cake

  • Start by separating the egg yolks from the whites and melt the chocolate in some hot water.
  • Then, mix the flour very well with the yeast, the sugar, the vanilla extract, the egg yolks, the oil and the chocolate.
  • On the side, whip the egg whites stiff, along with the bicarbonate. Then, mix it softly with the dough.
  • Pour the dough in a baking pan powdered with flour and greased.
  • It takes about an hour for the chiffon cake to be ready.
