Chocolate Bonbons

chocolate bombonsFor those who appreciate the famous Chocolate Bonbons, here is their recipe! Very good!


  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • Granulated chocolate to your taste
  • 1 teaspoon (well-filled) butter

How to make  Chocolate Bonbons:

  • Start by putting the condensed milk can inside a pressure cooker, then fill it with water until the can is covered. Cook for 30 minutes.
  • When the pressure cooker reaches pressure point, reduce the heat to low and, when the 30 minutes are up, turn off the heat.
  • When there is no more pressure in the cooker, you can open it safely. Let the can cool completely and then pour the condensed milk into a casserole.
  • Then, add the butter and the cocoa powder and mix everything very well. Cook the mixture in low heat and stir it continuously until it unsticks from the bottom.
  • Pour the mixture into another recipient, wait until it cools and place it on the fridge until it stiffens.
  • Put the granulated chocolate in a plate, wet your hands and make small balls of dough, then dip them in the granulated chocolate.
  • Serve the  Chocolate Bonbons in paper baking cups.
