Ingredients for cake:

  • 8 eggs
  • 10.5 ounces (300 grams) sugar
  • 3.5 ounces (100 grams) powdered chocolate
  • 7 ounces (200 grams) flour
  • Butter to grease
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • Flour to powder

You should start the chocolate cake recipe by making the solid part of the cake.

  • Therefore, start by beating the eggs until there’s foam.
  • In a bowl, mix the flour, the yeast and the powdered chocolate, then add it to the eggs and mix everything very well.
  • Pour the dough in a baking pan greased with butter and powdered with flour. Put it in the oven until it’s cooked.

Ingredients for the filling:

  • 8 tablespoons powdered cocoa
  • 2 cans of condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons softened butter
  • Chocolate sprinkles to your taste

How to make the filling:

  • Start by mixing the condensed milk with the powdered cocoa and the butter and cook the mixture in low heat.
  • While you do it, stir the mixture continuously with a wooden spoon until it turns into custard.
  • As soon as you get a custard, remove the pan from heat and wait until it cools a little.
  • Cut the cake horizontally in three equal parts and fill them with custard.
  • Cover the cake with any custard you have left and then powder it with chocolate sprinkles.

Put the cake in the fridge.
