Chocolate Muffin

  • 3.5 ounces (100 grams) margarine
  • 3 eggs
  • 7 ounces (200 grams) sugar
  • 2 or 3 teacups milk
  • 1 or 2 teacups cocoa
  • 6 ounces (175 grams) flour
  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • 1 or two teaspoons fine salt
  • A few drops of vanilla essence

How to make Chocolate Muffins

  • Start by melting the margarine, then add the sugar and mix them very well.
  • Then, add the eggs, one at a time, and don’t stop stirring.
  • When all the ingredients are mixed, add the milk, the flour mixed with yeast, the cocoa and the fine salt.
  • Mix everything very well and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
  • Pour the chocolate muffins’ dough onto cake pans and put them in the oven.
  • The temperature should be around 110ºF (225ºC). It takes around 15 minutes for the muffins to be ready.
