Christmas Eve Pie

Christmas Eve PieThis Christmas Eve Pie will give you a sweet Christmas and it is not hard to make.


  • 5.2 ounces (150 grams) margarine
  • 1 glass of coconut milk
  • 2 and a half spoons wheat flour
  • 3.5 ounces (100 grams) white chocolate
  • 5 tablespoons baker’s sugar
  • 7 ounces (200 grams) baker’s chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon flavourless powdered jelly
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 egg whites beaten stiff
  • 1 package of jelly
  • Grated white chocolate
  • Almonds
  • Whipped cream

How to make Christmas Eve Pie:

  • Start by mixing the margarine and the sugar in a bowl, then gradually add the flour and the grated almonds. Mix all the ingredients very well until you get a homogenous dough.
  • Then, linen a round baking pan with this dough and put it in a pre-heated oven.
  • Meanwhile, make the chocolate custard. Dissolve 2 tablespoons of jelly in cold water and put it on the side.
  • Chop and mix the baker’s chocolate with the cream. Cook the mix in a water bath until you get a homogenous, smooth and shiny custard.
  • Add the jelly and mix it very well with the other ingredients until it melts in the heat.
  • When the dough is cooked, pour the custard on top of it. Put the pie in the fridge for one hour.
  • It is very easy to make the coconut custard. Start by dissolving the jelly in half a teaspoon of water and leave it on the side for a few minutes.
  • Then, heat the coconut milk and mix it with the jelly until the jelly melts completely. Beat the egg whites stiff and add the sugar.
  • Mix the egg whites with the coconut milk and jelly and pour the result on top of the chocolate custard.
  • Melt the white chocolate and the cream in a water bath until you get a smooth custard.
  • Wait until it cools and pour it on top of the other custard. Smooth it.

You can decorate the pie with small pieces of chocolate.

Keep the pie in the fridge until you serve it. Unmould it only then.
