Christmas Pudding

Christmas PuddingChristmas Pudding is a mandatory dish on your Christmas Menu.


  • Butter
  • 3.5 ounces (100 grams) chopped nuts
  • 3.5 ounces (100 grams) raisins
  • 5.2 ounces (150 grams) dry prunes
  • 2 breads cut into thin slices
  • Cinnamon and sugar
  • 1 big apple, peeled and cut into thin slices
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • Twice of the mentioned amount of condensed milk

How to make Christmas Pudding:

  • Start by mixing the condensed milk, the eggs, the milk and the vanilla flavour.
  • Then, grease a baking pan with butter and powder it with sugar.
  • Cover the bottom of the baking pan with some of the apple slices and then powder them with sugar and cinnamon.
  • Soak the bread slices in the condensed milk mix and place them on top of the apples.
  • Make layers with some of the prunes, the raisins and the nuts. Repeat the pattern until you don’t have any more apples.
  • Finally, cover everything with the rest of the condensed milk. Spread pieces of butter and put the mix in the oven at medium temperature for about 40 minutes.

You should serve this pudding while it’s still warm.
