Coffee and Chocolate Cream Recipe

This is one of the biggest sources of polyphenols (an antioxidant which helps to oxidase bad cholesterol) in our food, and it is only one of its many advantages. So, let’s try this recipe!!!


  • 1.76 ounces (50 grams) powdered sugar
  • 5 decilitres cream
  • 1 tablespoon boiling water
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee
  • 3.52 ounces (100 grams) chocolate bar

How to make Coffee and Chocolate Cream

  • Start by beating 4 decilitres of cream very well. When they are quite stiff, you can add the powder sugar and beat the mix a little more. Don’t forget to remove some of the cream to decorate the final result later.
  • Now it’s time to dissolve the coffee in water. Stir it very well and then add it to the cream.
  • Boil the cream that is left from the 5 decilitres. Then, pour it on top of chocolate and stir the mix until it melts.
  • Get tall cups and start pouring the cream. First, fill half of each cup with the coffee mix, then pour the chocolate mix on top and finish with more coffee mix. Pour the beaten cream from before on top of everything and decorate to your taste.
