Coffee Ice-Cream

Coffee Ice Cream Coffee ice-cream is a true delight! It’s a fresh and delicious recipe.


  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 2 expressos
  • 13.2 fl.oz (4 decilitres) of cream
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1.7 ounces (50 grams) of butter cookies
  • Caramel sauce and wafer sticks to your taste

How to make Coffee Ice-cream:

  • Start by beating the egg whites until they are firm. Then, add the condensed milk and pour the coffee (it should be cold) slowly.
  • Now, beat the egg whites into cream, add the sugar and beat a little more. Pour this mixture into the ingredients you were preparing before and add the crumbled butter cookies.
  • Put the cream you get in a lidded box and put it the freezer until it solidifies.

Tip: Serve the ice-cream with caramel sauce (which you can buy) and wafer sticks.
To savoury this recipe better, serve it in previously refrigerated ice-cream cups.
