All you need is champagne biscuits, a chocolate bar, condensed milk, milk, eggs and sugar and you’re ready to start a recipe that will be a success as a dessert or an afternoon snack.


  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 7 ounces (200 grams) champagne biscuits
  • 3 decilitres milk
  • 1 chocolate bar
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 decilitres cream
  • 1 decilitre boiling water

How to make Condensed Milk and Champagne Biscuits Recipe

  • Start by pouring egg yolks, condensed milk and milk in a pan. Then, start stirring the mix slowly and place it on heat. Keep stirring while the mix is heating and until it boils.
  • Remove the mix from heat and pour it into a recipient (it can be a pirex tray or a deep dish and wait until it cools.
  • Then, break the chocolate bar into pieces and add hot water. Leave it on the side for a bit. Next, stir the chocolate until it turns into a smooth mix.
  • Dip the biscuits in the chocolate and then place them on top of the cream you previously made.
  • The next step is to beat the cream and place it in the fridge without adding the sugar.
  • Beat the egg whites stiff and gradually add the sugar. Make sure you don’t stop stirring while you’re adding the sugar to make sure the egg whites are quite stiff. Add the cream and mix everything very well, but gently.
  • Lastly, pour this egg whites and cream mix on top of the biscuits. Place the final result in the fridge until you serve it.

You can decorate your dish with fruit, pieces of chocolate, strawberry… well, all you need is your imagination.
