Cottage Cheese Pudding Recipe

It’s simple, easy and cheap. You will only need cottage cheese, condensed milk, eggs, milk, sugar and caramel.


  • 2 pieces of cottage cheese (11.9 ounces/ 340 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 small can of condensed milk
  • Caramel to linen the mould
  • 3.5 ounces (100 grams) sugar
  • 6 egg whites
  • 5 decilitres milk

How to make Cottage Cheese Pudding

  • As we have said previously, it is very easy to make this recipe.
  • Start by spreading the caramel in the mould.
  • Then, put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them very well with a mixer.
  • Pour the mix in the mould and place it in the oven at 320º F (160º C) for about 1 hour.
  • You can also pour it in a pressure cooker with a little water and cook for 20 minutes after it starts whistling (cook it in a water bath).
  • Wait until the pudding is cold to unmould it.
