Egg Pudding Recipe

eggs puddingThis pudding recipe is a true delight! If you don’t use too many eggs, you can have an amazing Egg Pudding!


  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • Semi-skinned milk (the same amount of condensed milk)
  • 4 or 5 eggs

How to make Egg Pudding:

  • If you want to make your own caramel, this should be the first step. Therefore, rinse a pudding mold with water, put 5 or 6 spoons of sugar in it and place it on heat until the sugar melts.
  • Then, carefully, spread the caramel all over the interior of the mold.
  • Start the Egg Pudding recipe by whipping the eggs. Then, add the condensed milk and mix everything.
  • Next, add the boiling milk with a lemon zest and mix all the ingredients. Pour the mixture in a pudding mold and cover it.
  • Put the pudding mold inside a pressure cooker and add water until it covers half the mold. Close the pressure cooker, install the vent pipe and place it on heat. When the vent pipe starts turning, wait 10 minutes and then remove the cooker from heat.
  • Remove the pudding mold only when there is no pressure.
  • Unmold the pudding only when it’s cold.
