Entrecôte with Mushrooms and Oregano

Entrecote Mushrooms OreganoThis is a delicious way of making Entrecôte and very easy, too.


  • 17.6 ounces (500 grams) fresh mushrooms
  • Salt and pepper to your taste
  • 4 beef steaks
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1.7 ounces margarine

How to make Entrecôte with Mushrooms and Oregano:

  • Start by washing the mushrooms very well, then drain them.
  • Next, season the steaks with salt and pepper and leave them acquiring taste for a while.
  • Fry the steaks in the margarine and then save them for later (make sure they stay warm).
  • Fry the mushrooms with the same fat you used for frying the steaks. Stir them every now and again with a wooden spoon.
  • Meanwhile, mix the oregano with the sauce and use it to sprinkle the steaks.
  • As a side dish, use anything you like. Everything goes well with this recipe.
