  • 1.7 ounces (50 grams) butter
  • 2.6 ounces (75 grams) sugar
  • 4 bananas (not ripe)
  • 1 orange peel
  • 1 decilitre orange juice
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 4 crepe leaves
  • 1 chalice of brandy

How to make Flaming Crepes with Banana:

  • Start by peeling the bananas and removing their threads.
  • Place a pan on heat with butter. Slightly fry the bananas.
  • Add the sugar, the orange peel, the cinnamon stick, the orange juice and the brandy.
  • Cook a little for the mix to acquire taste. Remove the pan from heat and then remove the orange peel.
  • Put each banana on top of a crepe and then roll the crepes.

Sprinkle them with the sauce where the bananas cooked.
