French-style Chicken Tenderloins Recipe

Frenchstyle Chicken TenderloinsThis French-style Chicken Tenderloins recipe is an original way of cooking chicken. This is a simple, quick and cheap recipe.


  • 17.6 ounces (500 grams) chicken steaks
  • 0.5 decilitres white wine
  • 4.4 ounces (125 grams) flour with yeast
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 eggs
  • Pepper to your taste
  • Fine salt to your taste

Start by cutting the chicken steaks into strips and then season them with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Meanwhile put the flour, the olive oil, the salt, the pepper the wine and the egg yolks in a bowl. Mix everything very well.

Beat the egg whites stiff and add them to the previous mix. Don’t stir the mix. Dip the chicken strips in the mix and then fry them in hot oil.

Ingredients for the gravy:

  • 1 teacup mayonnaise
  • 1.76 ounces (50 grams) chopped pickles
  • ½ boiled egg

To make the gravy, simply mix the mayonnaise with the egg and the pickles.

Serve shoestring potatoes and a salad as a side dish. Serve the gravy on the side.
