It’s amother cheap, quick and easy recipe and an alternative to traditional pasta dishes.

The Macaroni Pudding is especially popular with children. They will love it and you can make this as an afternoon snack or for a birthday party.


  • 12.3 ounces (350 grams) macaroni
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • salt
  • 2 decilitres cream
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 7 ounces (200 grams) emmental cheese
  • 3.52 ounces (100 grams) cherry tomatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 bunch of parsley

How to make Macaroni Pudding:

  • Start by cooking the pasta in boiling water seasoned with salt for five minutes.
  • Then braise the chopped garlic in 2 tablespoons of butter.
  • Add the cream, the cheese and the eggs (one at a time). Cook for a little while and then add the drained macaroni. Mix the ingredients very well.
  • Now grease a mould with the rest of the butter and put the mix in it.
  • Place the mould in the oven in a water bacth at 400ºF (200ºC) for about 20 minutes.
  • When it’s ready, wait until it cools a little and then unmould it and put it in a dish.
  • For the decoration, use the cherry tomatoes and the parsley.
