Mayonnaise with Fish

Mayonnaise FishThis recipe is great to use leftovers from other fish dishes. It’s quick and simple to make and it’s ideal for afternoon snacks, parties, etc…

Ingredients:

  • 17.6 ounces (500 grams) boiled fish
  • Mayonnaise
  • Pickles (to decorate)
  • Olives (to decorate)
  • 2 boiled eggs (to decorate)
  • 1 boiled beet (to decorate)
  • 1 big tomato (to decorate)
  • 1 lettuce or Olivier or potato salad

How to make Mayonnaise with Fish:

  • Start by washing and cutting the lettuce into small strips, then place them in a serving dish.
  • Mix the fish with some of the mayonnaise very well and then spread the mixture on top of the lettuce until it’s covered.
  • Smooth the mixture with some more mayonnaise and decorate it with the beet, the boiled eggs the olives and the pickles.
