Pear Pie

  • 4 pears
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 4 decilitres of cream
  • 1 roll of shortcut pastry
  • 2.6 ounces (75 grams) grated coconut
  • 6.3 ounces (180 grams) sugar

How to make Pear Pie:

  • Start by lining a pie dish with the shortcut pastry. Turn the oven on at 350ºF (180ºC) so that it heats until it reaches the ideal temperature.
  • Peel the pears, cut them into four pieces, remove the cores and spread them over the pastry.
  • Next, mix the egg yolks with the grated coconut, add the sugar and the cream. Mix everything.
  • Pour the mixture in the pie dish and put it in the oven for about 35 minutes.
  • Wait until the Pear Pie cools to unmold it.
