Pineapple Pudding Recipe

Pineapple-Pudding-zrThis Pineapple Pudding is a true delight. In 45 minutes you will have a great dessert.


  • juice from 1/2 a lemon
  • 1.5 decilitres liquid caramel (from the supermarket)
  • 1 can of pineapple in syrup
  • 8 leaves of colourless jelly
  • 1.76 ounces (50 grams) sugar
  • 6 decilitres cold cream
  • liquid caramel to pour on top.

How to make Pineapple Pudding

  • Start by opening the can of pineapple. Remove the pineapple circles from the syrup. Place the syrup on heat along with the lemon juice and boil it for about 5 minutes. Then, remove it from heat and add the caramel.
  • Meanwhile, on the side, place the jelly leaves on cold water for 3 minutes. Drain the leaves and add them to the caramel mix when it’s warm. Dissolve them in it. Then, mix the cream with the sugar until the mix is stiff and add it carefully to the caramel mix.
  • Pour the final mix in a tray (4.3 x 10.6 inches) (previously dipped in water) and place it in the fridge to solidify.
  • When you unmould the pudding, place the mould on hot water. Lastly, put some pineapple circles on top of the pudding and sprinkle it with the caramel.
