  • 2 pork loins (about 21.1 ounces/ 600 grams)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1.5 decilitres white wine
  • Olive oil to your taste
  • 2.11 ounces (60 grams) margarine
  • 1 onion and 2 garlic bulbs
  • 4 slices of corn bread
  • Chopped parsley

How to make Pork Loins with Corn Bread

  • Start by seasoning the loins with salt and pepper. Then, place the margarine and the garlic on heat. When the margarine melts, add the meat and braise it well.
  • Now, cut the onion into half-moons and add it to the meat. Cover the pan and cook in medium heat.
  • When the onion is golden, add the wine and cook in low heat until the meat starts getting tender. This takes approximately 50 minutes.
  • Then, crumble the inside of the corn bread, add a little chopped parsley and pour some olive oil on top.
  • Put the meat in a baking tin and cover it with the bread mix. Put it in the oven to gratin.
