Potato Salad RecipePotato salad is a great recipe to use as a side dish to cold meat, canned food and even fried food. It’s quick and easy to make!


  • 1 onion
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 2.2 pounds (1 kg) of potatoes
  • Parsley
  • 8 radishes
  • 3 lettuce leaves
  • Salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar to your taste

How to make potato salad:

  • First, boil the potatoes (without removing their skin) in water seasoned with salt. When they are cooked, dry them and let them cool.
  • As soon as the potatoes are completely cold, remove the skin and cut them in small pieces.
  • Chop the onion and the parsley, cut the egg in small pieces and mix everything very carefully.
  • Season it with olive oil, vinegar and pepper, check the salt and put everything in a salad bowl.
  • Decorate your dish with the lettuce leaves, the radishes (already clean) and another boiled egg cut in quarters.

You can add sausages, cheese, apple, grapes or any other ingredients you like in order to make your own variations on this recipe.
