  • 1.7 ounces (50 grams) margarine
  • 17.6 ounces (500 grams) turkey
  • 1 chalice of Port wine
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 decilitres cream
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • salt and pepper to your taste
  • white rice to use as a side dish

How to make Quick Turkey Stroganoff:

  • Start by cutting the turkey steaks into strips, then season them with salt and pepper.
  • Next, place a pan on heat with the margarine and, when it is melted and hot, add the turkey strips and fry them.
  • Stir the mix every now and again so that the strips are evenly fried.
  • Then, add the mustard, stir the mix and add the wine, the cream, the mushrooms and the ketchup.
  • Boil the mix in order to make the sauce tastier.
  • Use white rice as a side dish.
