Sautéed Shrimps with Mushrooms

Sauteed Shrimps MushroomsThis is a great shrimp recipe! Shrimp has a few interesting nutritional qualities, and it is curious that some of its elements help to fight arthritis and arthroses. Ingredients:

  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2.2 pounds (1 kilo) shrimp
  • 50 millilitres olive oil
  • 7 ounces (200 grams) mushrooms
  • Salt and pepper to your taste
  • 1 bunch of coriander

How to make Sautéed Shrimps with Mushrooms:

  • Start by peeling the shrimps, but leave their heads and tail. Meanwhile smash the garlic and braise them in olive oil. Then, add the shrimps and cook them a little.
  • Add the laminated mushrooms, cut into quarters, and mix them with the shrimps.
  • Season everything with salt, pepper and coriander and cook in slightly higher heat for a while to acquire taste.
  • Remove the mix from the pan and serve it while it’s hot. Enjoy!
