Seafood Sticks Crepes RecipeThis is a great recipe, very easy to make and it also has the advantage of being healthy!


For the crepes:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup(2 decilitres) of milk
  • 7 ounces (200 grams) of flour
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons (1.7 ounces / 50 grams) of melted butter
  • salt
  • 2 tablespoons of oil

For the filling:

  • 1 tablespoon of margarine
  • 7 ounces (200 grams) of seafood sticks
  • 1 parsley bunch
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion
  • salt
  • pepper

How to make Seafood Sticks Crepes:

  • Start by adding all the ingredients we mentioned on a mixing glass. Beat them until you get a cream.
  • Then, grease a crepe pan with oil and pour a spoonful of the cream you made previously to cover the bottom of the pan.
  • As it gradually solidifies, and using a wooden spatula (so you don’t damage the pan), turn the crepe to the other side. Repeat this process until you finish the crepes’ dough.
  • The recipe for the crepes’ filling is very simple.
  • Start by braising the onion and the sliced garlic in margarine.
  • Then, add the shredded seafood, season it and powder it with a little chopped parsley.
  • Pour the filling over the crepes, roll them in a cone shape and use the rest of the parsley to decorate them.
