How to make Seafood Stroganoff:

  • Start by cooking the rice in boiling water seasoned with salt for about 12 minutes. While it’s cooking, check every now and then if the rice is cooked to your taste.
  • Meanwhile, braise the chopped onion and garlic in butter. Add the mushrooms and cook until they turn slightly brown. Then, add the tomato pulp, the paprika, the bay leaf and sprinkle everything with wine.
  • When the mix starts boiling, add the seafood and cook for another 3 minutes. Season the mix with salt and pepper and powder it with some chopped parsley.
  • Now, sprinkle the mix with the cream and boil it until the sauce gets creamy.
  • Check the seasoning and add the lemon juice and the rest of the parsley. White rice is a great side dish.
