  • Mayonnaise
  • Pickles (to decorate)
  • Olives (to decorate)
  • 2 boiled eggs (to decorate)
  • 1 cooked beet (to decorate)
  • 1 big tomato (to decorate)
  • 1 lettuce or Olivier or potato salad

How to make Shellfish with Mayonnaise:

  • Start by washing the lettuce very well, then cut it into thin slices and place them on a serving dish.
