  • 14 ounces (400 grams) cooked and drained spaghetti
  • 1.7 ounces (50 grams) butter
  • 1 big onion
  • 1 small celery stem
  • 3.5 ounces (100 grams) mushrooms
  • 1 carrot
  • 3.5 ounces (100 grams) bacon
  • 14 ounces (400 grams) minced meat
  • Salt to your taste
  • 1 decilitre white wine
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 small cinnamon stick

How to make Spaghetti with Meat Sauce:

  • Start by placing a pan on heat with the butter, then add the onion, the celery and the bacon, all chopped.
  • Season the mix with salt and, after 10 minutes, add the minced meat and cook for another 10 minutes.
  • Then, pour the white wine and leave it cooking.
  • Add the bay leaf, the cinnamon stick and the mushrooms and leave it cooking a while longer.
  • Put the spaghetti in a platter and cover it with the sauce and the meat.
