  • 14 ounces (400 grams) strawberries
  • 6 jelly leaves
  • 4.2 ounces (120 grams) powdered sugar
  • 16.5 fl.oz (5 decilitres) cream

How to make Strawberry Mousse

  • Start by cutting the leaves from the strawberries, then turn the strawberries into mash.
  • Place a pan on heat with the strawberry mash and, when it starts boiling, remove it from heat and add the jelly leaves – already soaked. Mix everything very well.
  • Meanwhile, add the powdered sugar. Mix everything again and let it cool. Beat the cream and add it to the other ingredients.
  • When you finish, put your dish in the fridge.
