Toasted Biscuits Cream Recipe

Toasted Biscuits CreamIt will be hard not to enjoy this recipe! It’s delicious, fresh and a great dessert.


  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 4 egg whites
  • 4 white jelly leaves
  • 1 package of toasted biscuits
  • 6.6 fl.oz (200 millilitres) cold cream
  • 6 biscuits to decorate

How to make Toasted Biscuits Cream:

  • Start by cutting the jelly leaves. Then, dip them in cold water and leave them soaking for 20 minutes.
  • When the 20 minutes are over, drain the jelly and dissolve it in 4 tablespoons of hot water and mix it very well with the beaten condensed milk.
  • Whip the cream and add it to the mix. Lastly, add the whipped egg whites and mix everything very well.
  • Crunch the biscuits and, in a big bowl, start layering the cream and the flour alternately.
  • The last layer should be cream.
  • Put it in the fridge until it gets very cold. Before serving, powder your cream with biscuit crumbs.
