Tortellini Cream SauceThose who appreciate paste will love Tortellini with Cream Sauce. It’s delicious and quick to make.

Ingredients:

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt and 1 decilitre olive oil
  • 17.6 ounces (500 grams) fresh tortellini
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bunch of fresh coriander
  • 5 decilitres cream
  • 3.52 ounces (100 grams) grated emmental cheese
  • fresh coriander to decorate
  • pepper

How to make Tortellini with Cream Sauce:

  • Start by cooking the pasta in boiling water seasoned with salt and a little of olive oil. Cook for about 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Put the olive oil and the smashed garlic and onion in the bottom of a frying pan and place it on heat. Before the ingredients turn slightly brown, sprinkle the mix with the cream and add the fresh coriander.
  • Boil the mix until it turns into a creamy sauce. Now add the cheese.
  • Then, season the mix with salt and pepper and wait until all the cheese melts.

Drain the pasta, put it in a tray and pour the sauce on top of it.
