Tri Coloured Ice CreamHere is a simple and quick recipe for Tri-Coloured Ice-Cream. Now that warm weather is approaching, this fresh dessert is appealing!

  • 10.5 ounces (300 grams) red raspberries
  • 3 jelly leaves
  • 7 ounces (200 grams) sugar
  • 7 ounces (200 grams) soft cheese
  • 14.1 ounces (400 grams) cream
  • Laminated Brown almonds
  • Strawberry jam to your taste

How to make Tri-Coloured Ice-Cream:

  • Start by soaking the jelly leaves in cold water. Meanwhile, put the raspberries in a pan, along with half the sugar and then place the pan on heat for 6 minutes. Then, remove the pan from heat and add the soaked jelly to the mix.
  • Now, mix the cream with the rest of the sugar. Beat the mix until it turns into whipped cream. Save some of it to decorate the final result.
  • Add the soft cheese to the rest of the whipped cream and mix everything very well. Pour half of the mix into one container and the other half into another. Add the raspberry mix to one of the halves.
  • Start making layers in cups with the mixes. That is, first put the rest of the raspberry mix, then the raspberry cream and, lastly, the soft cheese cream.
  • The whipped cream you saved earlier can now be used to decorate, along with the almonds and the strawberry jam. Once all the layers are all done, put the cups on the fridge to solidify.
  • Fun fact: Raspberry has a bittersweet taste and can be eaten raw. It is a hollow fruit which can be yellow, red and black. This fruit can be frozen.
  • Raspberries are also known as woods strawberries. This fruit can spoil easily and to increase its durability you can put it in the fridge for 2 or 3 days.
