  • 1 turkey leg (weighing about 2.2 pounds)
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 onions
  • 2.5 decilitres white wine
  • 1 small can of peeled tomatoes
  • 1 cauliflower
  • salt and pepper to your taste
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley

How to make Turkey Leg with Cauliflower in a Pan:

  • Start by placing a pan on heat with olive oil. Heat it a little and then add the turkey leg. Fry it until it turns slightly brown on both sides.
  • When the leg is slightly brown, add the chopped onions and, after some time, add the carrots cut into sticks, the chopped tomato and the white wine.
  • Now, season the mix with salt and pepper and cook in low heat for 40 minutes. Don’t forget to turn the meat every now and then.
  • A little time before you finish cooking, add the cauliflower in small bunches. Add chopped parsley to the mix and cook.
