  • 17.6 ounces (500 grams) turkey steaks
  • 1.4 ounces (40 grams) margarine
  • Salt and pepper to your taste
  • 1 decilitre of white wine
  • 2 decilitres of cream
  • 17.6 ounces (500 grams) cooked Brussels sprouts

How to make Turkey Steaks with Brussels Sprouts:

  • Start by cutting the turkey steaks into small pieces and seasoning them with salt and pepper.
  • In a pan, melt the margarine. Then, add the pieces of meat and stir them very well until they’re almost brown. Add the cream and the white wine and cook in medium heat until the sauce thickens a little more.
  • When it’s ready, put the pieces of meat in a serving dish and then put the cooked Brussels sprouts on top of them.
  • You can serve french fries as a side dish.
