Vegetables Cream MintThis recipe is easy to make and it’s quite cheap. You must make this Vegetables Cream with Mint.


  • 10.5 ounces (300 grams) carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 14.1 ounces (400 grams) potatoes
  • 10.5 ounces (300 grams) savoy cabbage
  • 0.5 decilitre of olive oil
  • 1 bunch of mint
  • Salt to your taste

Start by peeling the potatoes, washing them and cutting them into pieces. Do the same with the carrots, the onion and the cabbage.

Then, put all ingredients in a pan, add 1 litre of water seasoned with salt and place it on heat.

When all the vegetables are cooked, add olive oil and use an immersion blender to blend all the ingredients. If you want, you can check if the amount of salt is correct.

Before serving the soup, put a bunch of mint on each plate.

The taste will be fantastic!
