  • 8.8 ounces (250 grams) sugar
  • 1 decilitre honey
  • 9.8 ounces (280 grams) butter
  • 5.3 ounces (150 grams) chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon powder yeast
  • Walnuts to decorate (cut in halves)
  • Powdered sugar

How to make Walnut Honey Cake:

  • Start by kneading the butter, along with the sugar and the honey. Then, add the eggs.
  • On the side, mix the flour with the yeast and add the result to the previous mixture.
  • Finally, after everything is mixed, add the walnuts and knead everything.
  • Grease a baking mold with butter and powder it with flour, then pour the dough in it.
  • Put it in the oven at 350ºF (180ºC) for about 45 minutes.
  • About 22 minutes after putting the dough in the oven, put the walnuts halves on top of it, then put it in the oven again for another 23 minutes.
  • Powder the cake with the powdered sugar before serving.
