  • 1 can of pre-cooked white beans
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 0.5 decilitres olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons tomato pulp
  • 1 decilitre white wine
  • 1 can of sausages
  • Salt and pepper to your taste
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 parsley bunch

How to make White Beans with Garlic, Sausages and Egg:

  • Start by boiling the eggs for 8 to 10 minutes. Then, drain the canned beans and open the can of sausages. Drain the sausages and cut them into circles.
  • Chop the garlic cloves and put them in a pan along with the olive oil. Place the pan on heat and stir the mix every now and again with a wooden spoon.
  • As soon as the garlic starts to turn slightly brown, add the white wine and the tomato pulp. Boil the mix for about 1 minute and then add the beans and the sausages.
  • Boil the mix in low heat for about 5 minutes. Stir it every now and again. Meanwhile, peel the eggs and cut two of them into quarters. Chop the other two eggs.
  • Chop the parsley. After boiling the mix, check the seasoning. Put the mix on a serving dish with the chopped eggs and parsley on top. Decorate the dish with the egg quarters and serve it right after that.
