Yogurt Muffins

Yogurt MuffinsKids love this Yogurt Muffins recipe. It’s quick to make.

Ingredients:

  • 1 natural yoghurt
  • 3 yoghurt cups of flour
  • 2 yoghurt cups of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • A pinch of salt
  • ½ yoghurt cup of oil
  • Butter to grease
  • 1 can of peaches in syrup

Start by mixing the egg yolks with the yoghurt and the sugar. Then, add the flour, the yeast and the oil and mix everything very well.

Meanwhile, beat the egg whites stiff and mix them with the salt. Add the result to the previous mix.

Grease small moulds with butter and put the dough in them. Place them in the oven at 425ºF (220ºC) for about 20 minutes.

Drain the peaches and then mash them along with 2 decilitres of syrup.

When the muffins are ready, unmould them and serve them with the mashed peaches. It’s delicious!!!
